Is RUSS different from ChatGPT or other AI tools?
Yes, in its workflow. General-purpose tools can be powerful and flexible. RUSS is designed around business onboarding, persistent workspace, structured Five P questioning and its three business planning documents. It does not claim its underlying AI is universally smarter.
Is the $27 payment recurring?
No. RUSS Access is one payment of $27, not a subscription. It covers guided business onboarding, a saved business profile, the structured decision process, saved conversations, three personalized plans and a private document library, and it includes 100 questions to start.
What uses a credit?
Each answered question uses one credit once it is generated and saved. Each designed PDF plan uses five credits, charged only when the PDF is ready, after a clear notice. Onboarding, internal retries, errors, saved-history viewing and re-downloading existing documents use none.
Should I get my plan as Markdown or as a PDF?
Plans as Markdown use 1 credit; designed PDF plans use 5. Markdown gets you 5x more plans. RUSS writes the Markdown plan in your chat; copy or download it and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any doc tool to format it or save it as a PDF. The designed PDF covers the same plan sections in fuller detail as a branded printable document.
What happens if I run out of questions?
Your existing conversations, profile and saved documents remain available. You can add 100 more questions to your RUSS access for $5, or 500 more for $20.
How is the $20 refill calculated?
Four standard $5 refills would provide 400 questions for $20. The bonus pack provides 500 for the same $20, including 100 bonus questions.
Do my credits expire?
Under the RUSS product terms, purchased credits have no time expiration. Credits related to a refunded or disputed purchase may be removed under the published policies. Applicable consumer rights still apply.
What does onboarding ask?
It covers your business stage, offer, intended customer, traction, sales path, challenge, goals and constraints. Some questions adapt based on whether you are prelaunch or operating, and you can leave uncertain answers unknown.
Can I change my business information later?
The RUSS account is designed for an editable business profile so its future guidance can reflect changes in your business and what you've learned.
Will RUSS remember my business and previous questions?
RUSS is designed to save relevant profile context and chat history to your authenticated account. It's still important to check that the information is accurate and current.
Which documents can I download?
The Business Snapshot, Offer & Customer Plan and Your Next Moves Plan. Each can be written as Markdown in chat for 1 credit, or created as a designed PDF for 5 credits when it is ready; downloading a previously saved version uses none.
Is my business information private?
Business details and documents are handled by the RUSS application, not this static marketing site. The application uses authenticated access and private documents. Review the live Privacy Policy for retention, vendors and any rights available to you.
Does Damian personally review my RUSS answers?
No. RUSS is an AI product, not a promise of personal review by Damian. Private Make Your Next Moves is a separate higher-touch human engagement.
Will RUSS guarantee sales, profit or a good business outcome?
No. RUSS helps organize your analysis and decisions. Business decisions remain yours, AI can be mistaken, and advice involving licensed professions should go to appropriate experts.
What if I need a refund or account assistance?
Use the verified support route on DamianMartinez.com. Refund eligibility, unused credits, and consumer protections are controlled by the published terms and applicable law. Do not email payment card numbers.
