What costs a credit?

An answered question uses 1 credit once it is completed and saved. A designed PDF plan uses 5, charged only when the PDF is ready, after a notice that compares it with a 1-credit Markdown plan.

What doesn't?

Onboarding, internal retries, failed answers or PDFs, opening saved chats and re-downloading an existing PDF.

What if you stop using it?

Approved purchase credits don't have a time expiration. Refunds and disputes can revoke related unused credits as explained in the governing policies.
